Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. is an online food ordering and delivery company. It is the parent of several delivery brands, including Takeaway.com, Lieferando, SkipTheDishes and Menulog. In February, the technology investor Prosus agreed to buy Just Eat Takeaway.com for €4.1 billion, representing a 63% premium to the food delivery group's previous closing price. SpringWorks Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotech company that acquires, develops and commercialises medicines for patients suffering from various diseases including cancer. The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the company's drug to treat a type of rare genetic disorder, which causes tumors to grow. In addition, it was reported during the month that Gemany's Merck KGaA was in advanced talks to acquire SpringWorks for an undisclosed amount.

SpringWorks develops drugs to treat various forms of cancer, including rare tumors and uterine cancer. Its monotherapy drug for the treatment of desmoid tumors, which are dense, soft-tissue tumors, has been approved in the United States. eToro's Cancer-Med Smart Portfolio focuses on leading biotechnology companies that manufacture drugs used to treat the various types of cancer.

In February, Republic Services acquired Shamrock Environmental, a vertically integrated industrial waste and wastewater platform for an undisclosed amount. This transaction signifies a strategic expansion for Republic Services as it continues to extend its reach and capabilities in waste management and environmental services.

Republic Services is one of the largest waste management and environmental services companies in the US. eToro's Utilities Smart Portfolio is composed of companies in the public service sector, including electricity, gas, water and waste management companies.
